Most items on this website are in our warehouse and will ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery to you will take an additional 2-5 days, based upon your location. If we do not have the items you ordered in our warehouse, we will ship them to you within 3-5 business days.
Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, which can take an additional 2-3 days for processing. If you order multiple items, and one of your items comes from the manufacturer, it will be shipped separately.
If for some reason we are temporarily out-of-stock, there are three options available:
• You can select a similar item of equal value as a replacement.
• You can wait for the item to become available (we will provide you with an estimated date).
• Cancel your order.
All clearance sale items or items below $5.00 will be shipped without the shoe box and are nonrefundable.
Some launch and Raffle shoes are not eligible for free shipping.

All shipping charges are nonrefundable. Your original shipping cost will not be reimbursed unless the item was delivered defective, damaged, etc.
